2023: Co-ordinator of SANDS International Film Festival of St Andrews

Was in charge of transport and also made sure everything was running smoothly and the experience was pleasant for everyone.

2022: Film production for Lumière Ensemble Oxford

Produced an experimental film which was screened at New College Chapel to accompany Lumière’s adaptation of Pierné’s Giration.

2022: Internship at Boogiefilms

Spent two months in a leading Prague-based production company as a production assistant. Worked on three advertisements.

2020: Member of the jury of Venice Film Festival (Giornate degli Autori)

Ambassador for the Czech Republic. Chosen by European Parliament and Europa Cinemas in a competition which I entered with my film analysis and a short video.

2020: Film Theory course in Aeroškola

Completed the 36 hour course led by Viktoria Rampal Dzurenko.

2017 - 2020: Leader of Symposion promotional team

Led promotional team of the 3-day annual conference and produced promotional videos.

2016: Febiofest competition "I ty jsi filmařem"

2nd place in the final round of a competition organised by Febiofest, international film festival in the Czech Republic, with my short film Kofila as the youngest contestant. I was invited to take part in a documentary film workshop, where I created a short film with documentarists from FAMU.

Competitions

1st place in the school, district, and regional rounds of the Czech Language Olympiad; 12th place in the national round. Short-listed in a national essay competition organised by Nadace Tomáše Bati.

Other interests

Triathlon, European cinema, creative writing.

Technical abilities

Comfortable in using Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, JASP, SPSS and a variety of editing and illustrating programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
